Here’s our top 3 lessons on using virtual assistants:
1. Communication. (Explain it so a 10 year old would understand, then have it re-iterated back to you by the contractor).
2. Use it for basic tasks. (Eg. data entry, web research, book keeping etc. Not only are basic tasks easier to manage virtually and more likely to realise a successful outcome, you’ll now have more time for high value tasks that CAN’T be outsourced).
3. Test before you hire. (Have candidate spend an hour on task before hiring).
